Prisoners' protest is on its 21st day

NEWS CENTER - The hunger strike in prisons demanding "freedom for Abdullah Öcalan and a political solution to the Kurdish problem" has reached its 21st day.
 
The alternating hunger strike action launched in prisons to demand the physical freedom of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, who is kept in isolation on İmralı Island, and the solution to the Kurdish problem, has entered its 21st day.
 
Prisoners started a hunger strike on November 27 with the aim of participating in "Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan and a political solution to the Kurdish problem", which is now in its third month.
