ANKARA - The Constitutional Court rejected HDP's request to leave its oral defense regarding the closure case until after the election.

 

Regarding the closure case of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), the Constitutional Court (AYM) has decided to postpone the oral defense until after the election. The Constitutional Court rejected HDP's request. HDP is expected to give its oral defense regarding the closure case on April 11.
